Linda is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She is experienced working with patients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, employment stress/bullying, insomnia, anger management, and grief and loss. Linda works with individual patients as well as children/youth in kindergarten to grade 12, and couples looking to work on their communication with each other. Linda’s practice approach is usually cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She has over 5 years of experience. Linda offers counselling in English.
Nafeesa is a Registered Social Worker who has 6+ years of experience working with students, young adults, and adults. Her areas of expertise include supporting people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, special needs, workplace stress, burnout, perfectionism, and relationship issues. She understands how social determinants of health (housing, employment, isolation, safety, access to health care, etc.) have on the mental health and well-being of individuals, couples and families. Nafeesa provides counselling support in English, Urdu, and Hindi languages.
Rashiqah is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work Degree. Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals who are struggling with cross-cultural issues (Rashiqah identifies as a first generation South Asian female), family caregivers who have been touched by dementia, difficult health transitions, caregiver burnout, grief and loss, relationship issues, and anxiety. Rashiqah provides counselling support in English.
Brittany is a Registered Psychotherapist who has a Masters of Social Work degree and 7+ years of experience in working with youth and adults. Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, parenting challenges, substance use, and relationship issues. Brittany provides counselling support in English.
Rehana Rafiq is a Registered Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary. She has 15 years of experience working with people facing family conflict, domestic violence, and anger issues. She also has experience as a mental health clinician for depression, stress, anxiety, and bereavement. She applies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, solutions focus therapy, motivational interviewing, and a multicultural approach. Rehana provides counselling in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and English.
Cindy is a Registered Social Worker who provides support and psychotherapy to people who are dealing with various issues including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, intimate partner abuse, abuse in childhood, anger management, workplace harassment, and life transitions. Cindy strives to truly understand what each client is facing. Cindy has over 20 years of experience. Cindy works collaboratively with caring and compassion to ensure clients gain meaningful ideas and strategies to increase their sense of emotional health and wellbeing. She provides counselling support in English.
Wilfred is a registered Social Worker who holds a Masters of Social Work Degree. He has 10+ years working with concurrent mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and substance misuse. He practices from a strength based, recovery model and believes that people can truly get better and improve their lives through therapy. One of his special interests includes Aboriginal mental health, which is about improving the wellbeing of Aboriginal people. He provides counselling support in English.
Monique St Denis
Monique is a registered Social worker who has supported clients with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression and life transitions. Her interests have primarily included working with individuals across the life span who struggle with trauma and complex trauma presentations. Her approach is person centered, strengths based, and trauma informed. Monique has a strong relational approach to her practice that aims to collaboratively support individuals through their challenges. Monique is always looking for ways to challenge the barriers and stigma associated with mental illness that those in the health and helping professions are faced with. Her hope is to provide a space to have safe, open and honest dialogue and improve the overall wellbeing of her clients.
Meghana is a Registered Psychotherapist who holds a Master of Counselling Psychology degree. She is experienced working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, and grief. Meghana is multilingual and provides counselling support in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Jessica is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. Her expertise includes supporting people experiencing anxiety, school and work stress, grief and loss, or seeking parenting support. Jessica provides service in English.
Shaun has been working as a mental health professional for the past 19 years and is a Registered Social Worker in the Northwest Territories, Manitoba, and Ontario. Shaun has a variety of experiences from frontline to senior leadership positions and is very passionate about helping others. Shaun supports his clients through compassion and emotional safety and helps them develop strategies to cope with difficult situations and has a great deal of experience in working with clients to live their best lives possible. He offers counselling in English.
Holly is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She has 10+ years of experience working with individuals seeking to enhance their overall mental health and emotional well-being with a particular focus on stress management, anxiety, life transition, illness adjustment, conflict management, and grief. Holly provides a safe and judgment free space to help each client meet their goals. Her services are provided in English.
Alana is a Registered Social Worker who has several years of experience working with students and young adults. Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals struggling with self-compassion, anxiety, workplace stress, burnout, and relationship issues. Alana provides counselling support in English. Alana works from a client-centred, collaborative and compassionate approach, meeting the client where they are at. Alana empowers individuals to use their inner-strength to help them confront whatever challenges arise. Using a variety of modalities, Alana offers an open, non-judgmental space to share your thoughts and feelings candidly.
Lezlee understands that each person has a unique story and perspective which they bring to relationships and the management of life stressors. She will work with you to identify meaningful goals for positive change, and, collaborate with you so that you feel empowered to achieve these goals.
Erica is a Registered Social Worker who has 14+ years of experience working with children, families and adults. Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting, and stress. Erica uses an eclectic approach using tools from CBT, DBT, solution focused, narrative and ACT.
Sandra believes that we all need support as we navigate life and the process of healing. She believes in seeing people for who they are, not the problems they choose to discuss. Her approach to counseling is holistic and strength-based.
