Linda is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She is experienced working with patients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, employment stress/bullying, insomnia, anger management, and grief and loss. Linda works with individual patients as well as children/youth in kindergarten to grade 12, and couples looking to work on their communication with each other. Linda’s practice approach is usually cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She has over 5 years of experience. Linda offers counselling in English.

Nafeesa is a Registered Social Worker who has 6+ years of experience working with students, young adults, and adults. Her areas of expertise include supporting people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, special needs, workplace stress, burnout, perfectionism, and relationship issues. She understands how social determinants of health (housing, employment, isolation, safety, access to health care, etc.) have on the mental health and well-being of individuals, couples and families. Nafeesa provides counselling support in English, Urdu, and Hindi languages.

Rehana Rafiq is a Registered Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary. She has 15 years of experience working with people facing family conflict, domestic violence, and anger issues. She also has experience as a mental health clinician for depression, stress, anxiety, and bereavement. She applies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, solutions focus therapy, motivational interviewing, and a multicultural approach. Rehana provides counselling in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and English.

He has 10+ years working with concurrent mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and substance misuse. He practices from a strength based, recovery model and believes that people can truly get better and improve their lives through therapy. One of his special interests includes Aboriginal mental health, which is about improving the wellbeing of Aboriginal people. He provides counselling support in English.

Monique is a registered Social worker who has supported clients with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression and life transitions. Her interests have primarily included working with individuals across the life span who struggle with trauma and complex trauma presentations. Her approach is person centered, strengths based, and trauma informed. Monique has a strong relational approach to her practice that aims to collaboratively support individuals through their challenges. Monique is always looking for ways to challenge the barriers and stigma associated with mental illness that those in the health and helping professions are faced with. Her hope is to provide a space to have safe, open and honest dialogue and improve the overall wellbeing of her clients.
