Linda is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She is experienced working with patients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, employment stress/bullying, insomnia, anger management, and grief and loss. Linda works with individual patients as well as children/youth in kindergarten to grade 12, and couples looking to work on their communication with each other. Linda’s practice approach is usually cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She has over 5 years of experience.
