How it works

Colin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Education in Counselling. He has a year of experience helping people through grief and loss, stress, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and anxiety. Colin sees clients from a person-centred, existential perspective. Working from a trauma-informed lens, he integrates techniques from narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy, and mindfulness, as he also has his own mindfulness practice. Colin offers counselling in English.
Elizabeth is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She is experienced in working with a variety of mental health diagnoses as well as issues concerning relationships, gender, sexuality, and identity. Elizabeth provides service in English.
Gabriela is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She has 5 years of experience in clinical therapy working with people who are 14 years old and older. Her areas of expertise include supporting people with depression, anxiety, workplace stress and burnout, perfectionism, OCD, chronic pain, and relationship stressors. Gabriela specializes in CBT, ACT, solution focused, and motivational interviewing approaches in her interventions. Gabriela can provide counselling support in both English and Spanish.
Jeahlisa is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. Jeahlisa has 4+ years of experience working with adults in a variety of community settings. Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals living with chronic illness, depression, anxiety, workplace stress, and burnout. Her practice is grounded in equity, anti-racism, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity. Jeahlisa provides counselling support in English.
Mia is a Registered Social Worker and practicing Psychotherapist who holds a Master of Social Work Degree. Mia has worked with many populations such as children, young adults, and parents. Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, workplace stress, burnout, perfectionism, and relationship issues.
